Leave grocery coupons for others.
Practice some stealth charity, the kind where no one will ever know it was you and your child who did it. Sit down together and go through your stash of coupons. Pull out several, and during your next grocery store visit leave several of them next to their items in plain view of unsuspecting shoppers. Giddiness while doing it is totally appropriate.

Just wanted to say that I'm enjoying this mini-series of posts. This is something we're trying to do in general as parents and this may be a good one for this summer when my family goes shopping together.
Thanks for the props Peter. This is one of those stealth acts that can be a lot of fun to do with the kids while teaching them how to be charitable.
